A Note About Prices

Prices shown on this website are the current prices for the instruments as described, and are quoted in U.S. dollars, because that’s where most of our output ends up.  Prices may vary for different materials, fittings or decorative features that may be requested. In these cases, please call me for a quote.

Shipping Information

I appreciate that a lot of my European and American customers may be concerned about the cost of shipping an instrument from New Zealand. For this reason, I have absorbed some of the shipping cost and it’s included in prices along with packaging etc. This applies to shipping an instrument anywhere in the world.

Packaging

Instruments are shipped de-strung, padded and wrapped in plastic inside their hard cases. The case is reinforced on the outside and wrapped in card or bubble wrap.

Delivery Time

Instruments are air freighted and can be tracked using the postal track and trace system. I provide clients with a package tracking number, but I also follow it from this end as well.  The instruments usually arrive at their destination within 14 days. Typical shipping time to the U.S. is 5-7 days, door-to-door.
